Description
Art education when combined with critical pedagogy has the potential to play a pivotal role in the development of creative and critical thinking skills and dispositions. Art classes are uniquely well suited to implementing critical pedagogy. By looking at how and why art develops critical thinking skills, we can improve and create new ways of teaching art and creating critical thinkers.
