Abstract
This is a recorded interview done with Dr. John Kilatu early in my stay on Sikaiana, probably in early 1981. I think it offers a really good overview of traditional Sikaiana life and the dynamics of Sikaiana life during my stays in the 1980s). It is in English and so accessible to a wide audience. Kilatu discusses his views about traditional Sikaiana religion, some of the events of his life, and his perspective on the changes that he had seen.
