Description

St. John’s, Newfoundland, is an important fishing harbor that produces mainly seals, seal oil, and codfish. Just southeast of this harbor lies the Grand Banks, which is a section of the sea that is incredibly populated by fish. The Grand Banks is where the fishing industry started, helping supply fish to North America and Europe.
